Use Case

Robot Rental for Film & TV Production

A real humanoid robot on set delivers something CGI can't: genuine crowd reactions, practical lighting interaction, and in-camera credibility. Whether you need a walking humanoid for a commercial, a backflipping robot dog for a music video, or a dexterous hand for a product close-up, Airbot delivers production-ready robots with an operator who understands set protocols.

01

In-camera practical effects

Real robots interact with lighting, reflections, and talent in ways that CGI can't replicate. The result reads as authentic on screen — no uncanny valley.

02

Production-aware operation

Our operators work within your AD's schedule, follow set protocols, and coordinate with your stunt and effects teams. We've done it before.

03

Multiple form factors

Full-size humanoids for wide shots, compact models for tight spaces, robot dogs for action sequences, dexterous hands for product close-ups — the right robot for every shot.

FAQ

Robots for Film & TV Production

Can the robot hit marks and follow blocking?

Yes. Our operator can position and cue the robot to hit marks on set. Models with autonomous navigation (A2 Ultra) can follow programmed paths. We coordinate with your AD during pre-production.

How long can the robot operate on set?

The A3 offers up to 10 hours of continuous operation with hot-swappable batteries — enough for a full shooting day. Other models range from 2-5 hours with battery rotation available.

Do you provide the robot for multi-day shoots?

Yes. Multi-day rates are available. We keep an operator on-site for the duration and handle charging, maintenance, and overnight storage.
