By accessing and using Airbot's services (operated by Aria Labs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2.1 Reservation Process: All robot rentals require advance booking through our reservation system. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Aria Labs.
2.2 Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed delivery or pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time. Late returns may incur additional charges at a rate of $150 per hour or fraction thereof.
2.3 Delivery and Setup: Delivery, setup, and technical support are included for events within our standard service areas. Additional fees apply for locations beyond 50 miles from our facilities.
3.1 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
3.2 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $2,000 per robot is required and will be returned within 14 business days after the rental period, subject to inspection for damage.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and corporate purchase orders from approved clients.

5.1 Proper Use: Clients agree to use the robots only for their intended purpose and in accordance with operating instructions provided by Aria Labs staff. Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Supervision: Robots must be supervised by Aria Labs-trained personnel at all times during operation. Client staff may interact with robots but may not attempt repairs or technical adjustments.
5.3 Environment: Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for robot operation, including adequate power sources, climate control, and protection from weather conditions.
5.4 Prohibited Activities: Robots may not be used for illegal activities or in hazardous environments without prior written approval from Aria Labs.
6.1 Client Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage to robots caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
6.2 Insurance Coverage: Aria Labs maintains comprehensive insurance for all equipment. However, clients are responsible for obtaining event liability insurance covering third-party injuries or property damage.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: Aria Labs maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all services. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
7.1 Data Collection: Robots collect minimal operational data necessary for service delivery. All data collection complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR.
7.2 Data Usage: Collected data is used solely for operational purposes and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

8.1 Aria Labs Property: All robots, software, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Aria Labs. Rental does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
8.2 Custom Programming: Any custom programming or content developed for client events remains Aria Labs property unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
8.3 Marketing Use: Aria Labs reserves the right to use event photos, videos, and case studies for marketing purposes unless client explicitly opts out in writing.
9.1 Equipment Warranty: All robots are tested and certified operational before delivery. In the event of equipment failure not caused by client misuse, Aria Labs will provide a replacement or full refund.
9.2 Technical Support: 24/7 technical support is available during rental periods. Response time for on-site issues is typically 2-4 hours depending on location.
9.3 No Other Warranties: Except as expressly stated, robots are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Aria Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
